Welcome to our second annual Refuse To Abuse® 5K at Safeco Field! This unique 5K is a fundraising run/walk around every level of Safeco Field, from the top to the tunnel to the final lap around the field. Stepping out on the field level of a major league ball park is an awe-inspiring moment that few have experienced!

Many thanks to all who came out for our sold out inaugural race in 2012! Together we raised awareness and over $18,000 for domestic violence prevention. Here are the 2012 race results.
